Our activities strive to prepare children for school and life, to grow healthy and strong and develop to achieve their potential.  We have a variety of FREE or low cost inclusive programming and activities, thanks to our generous supporters and donors, available for children ages 0-6 years, some can be attended with siblings and parents. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities, which can be documented on a resume to assist with Canadian experience, these roles include interacting with children, resource preparation, snack preparation, site maintenance and more.

FREE VOLUNTEER TAX PREPARATION PROGRAM

Candora provides free income tax preperation for low income members of our community. Our drop in tax clinics are held once a week throughout the year in our Family and Community Resource Centre. No appointment is required although space is limited. Our volunteers can help with simple income tax returns for people receiving income from employment, income support, pensions, and more. We cannot help with complicated returns including self-employment, rental income, deceased person, and others. Call for more information.
